Sincere and convivial, the cuisine at the Kiosque des Bastions is based on a careful selection of products. Meat, fish or vegetables, when they are really good, are almost self-sufficient. Simple is not easy, but Chef Luca Parente’s talent lies in combining ingredients with care and revealing their character. In this way, aromas, textures and colours are expressed in just the right balance, in varied and tasty recipes that delight our eclectic clientele.
The daily specials and suggestions from the Chef and his team change from week to week, so that every day is a surprise!

The sea bar
At our seafood bar, raw fish and fresh shellfish shimmer on display. Indulge in langoustines, lobster, oysters, prawns and shrimp, and delicate slices of raw fish. Enjoy various species of shellfish and crustaceans, depending on the season and catch of the day. The exceptional quality of our produce is matched only by its freshness.

The giant brunch
Why not make Sundays a time to come together in a relaxed atmosphere? From 11am, the Kiosque becomes a place for brunch-time, with a second service at 1:30pm for late risers. The buffet is a feast for food lovers, offering an impressive variety. Hot or cold, savoury or sweet – whether you prefer desserts or sampling a bit of everything, the choice is yours. Please note, advance booking is strongly recommended.

The terrace
The Kiosque’s outdoor seating offers uninterrupted views of Parc des Bastions. Tucked in the shade, it’s a refreshing oasis on sunny days and a green haven even under grey skies. The perfect spot for couples, families, or meeting friends over a meal, coffee, or cocktail – or to celebrate one of our events with us!
