To kick off this brand-new monthly series, we are thrilled to feature Chef Nikitas Chatziroumpis and his signature concept: “To Glenti.”

“To Glenti” is a contemporary gastronomic experience with Greek influences, born from a desire to convey the warmth, generosity, and joie de vivre of Greek culture. For this exclusive event, the chef invites you to a unique two-part immersion: Part One: An aperitif and introductory session with the chef to immerse yourself in the world of “To Glenti.” Part Two: A three-course dinner featuring a single menu (appetizers, main courses, and dessert), highlighting delicious fire-roasted meats with bold flavors, paired with seasonal ingredients.

More than just a meal, each event is a true celebration of the senses—a vibrant gathering centered on cuisine, wine, and shared experiences. An evening of sincere, unpretentious hospitality, full of soul, designed for lovers of authentic gastronomy.
