Sublimation

On Thursday, October 15, Le Kiosque des Bastions will host “Sublimation,” an evening where fashion, creativity, and music come together in a festive and welcoming setting.

Inspired by the world of Geneva-based designer Rebecca Nardi, this unique event invites guests to discover two collections presented in a preview during exclusive fashion shows, punctuated by a shared cocktail and dinner reception.

As the evening unfolds, the experience continues with music, featuring a post-show house set by Jon Cerutti.

Rebecca Nardi, the Designer

A self-taught fashion designer based in Geneva, Rebecca Nardi traded a fifteen-year career as an interior architect for haute couture in December 2023. Her signature style: transforming repurposed industrial materials—such as seat belts salvaged from auto junkyards, construction tarps, electrical cables, and recycled fabrics—into sculptural pieces that are handcrafted, woven, crocheted, or knitted using artisanal techniques.

Her local, sustainable, and experimental fashion has earned her rapid recognition: the “Coup de Cœur” Award from jury president Nelly Rodi at the 2025 Dinan International Fashion Designers Festival, and the CSR Award at the 2025 Talons Aiguilles competition.

For Sublimation, she is presenting a sneak peek of her 2025 and 2026 collections: a rare opportunity to experience firsthand the work of an emerging designer who has garnered international attention, before she becomes the talk of the town.

Evening Schedule:

• 6:30–7:30 p.m.: Opening, welcome reception
• 7:30 p.m.: First fashion show, 2025 collection
• 8:00 PM: Aperitif and dinner break, festive menu to share
• 9:00 PM: Second fashion show, 2026 collection and finale
• 9:30 PM: After-show party with Jon Cerutti, until 2:00 AM
• 10:00 PM: Free admission starting at this time

Admission to the fashion show is CHF 25 per person, which includes a complimentary welcome drink. Seating is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Starting at 10:00 PM, the after-show party is free and open to everyone.
